Evolve Hospitality is delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join an exclusive, historic, private members’ club in the beautiful market town of Newmarket.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional kitchen team, working in a prestigious setting where quality, consistency and attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining excellent standards of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Take responsibility for your own section within the kitchen.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Assist with menu preparation and contribute creative ideas.
Ensure a clean, organised and efficient working environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
A genuine passion for food and cooking.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.
Someone who takes pride in producing quality food.
