Enhance Catering are recruiting Chef de Parties to support catering operations across our client sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, hands‑on chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and being part of a professional kitchen team.


You will be an experienced Chef de Partie, with solid cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You take pride in producing high‑quality dishes and supporting your team.


Job Introduction

  • Develop your passion for food within a highly equipped kitchen, in-house bistro and fine dining restaurant, as part of our caring and supportive team, when you join as a Chef de Partie at our luxury care and nursing home in Kingston upon Thames.


Your Role

  • As Chef de Partie, you’ll work under the Head Chef to create and produce a nutritious menu of restaurant quality food for our residents. You’ll oversee one area of the kitchen to prepare meals to the highest standard, ensure proper portion control and minimise waste.
  • You’ll develop an awareness of special dietary requirements, including the dementia dining experience, to meet these needs.
  • You’ll also use your creativity and passion to help the Head Chef and Sous Chef to regularly review and develop the menu.

  • As well as your energy and enthusiasm for food, a year’s experience in catering, an NVQ Level 2 or QCF equivalent in food & hygiene or catering services, working knowledge of health & safety and awareness of waste disposal & infection control are a big advantage.

  • From £14.45 per hour
  • Shift times: 06:30-14:30, 11:00-19:00. Alternate weekends required.
