Enhance Catering are recruiting an Assistant Cook to support the Cook at one of our clients production sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a Cook or General Catering Assistant who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and being part of a supportive team.

You will be a Cook or Catering Assistant with good cooking skills, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. You take pride in producing dishes in bulk and supporting the team.

This role would suit a Catering Assistant looking to step up and progress into a "cook role"

What You'll be doing

• Support the Cook in preparing and cooking predominately Indian & Asian dishes
• Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards
• Helping with food prep, service, and section management
• Ensuring your area is clean, organised, and well‑stocked
• Working as part of a kitchen team
• Ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes

What Is On Offer

• Pay Rates: - £13.50 per hour
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | Minimum of 6 hours per day | 6am-7am start time

Ideal Requirements For The Role

• Experience of cooking Indian and Asian cuisine
