Chef Manager – Flexible Opportunities

Enhance Catering is recruiting experienced Chef Managers and senior chefs to support catering operations across our client sites.

This is a great opportunity for experienced chefs looking for a better work-life balance, greater flexibility and a different pace from a permanent full-time role, while still putting their skills and knowledge to good use.

You may be an experienced Chef Manager, Head Chef or senior-level chef looking to step back from a permanent position, return to the kitchen after some time away, or simply find work that better fits around your lifestyle.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage the day-to-day catering operation
Prepare and deliver fresh, seasonal food to a consistently high standard
Support, motivate and manage the kitchen team
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and due diligence requirements
Build positive relationships with onsite teams and clients
Oversee stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
