Enhance Catering Recruitment is recruiting Chefs of all levels to support catering operations across a wide range of client sites throughout the Oxford area.

Whether you're a Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef, we have flexible temporary and ongoing assignments to suit your experience and availability.

Our clients include Schools, Care Homes, Nurseries, Army Barracks, Hospitals, Corporate Sites and other establishments requiring an Enhanced DBS, offering a varied and rewarding working environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices
• Supporting food preparation, service and section management
• Keeping your work area clean, organised and fully stocked
• Working effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
• Delivering consistently high standards of presentation and quality

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
• Strong cooking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, reliable and professional attitude
• Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (preferred)
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (required for many assignments, or willingness to obtain one)
