You’ll be the face of a variety of special morning, afternoon and evening events in and around Cambridge, helping greet and serve guests while creating a memorable experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a high level of hospitality and service.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience, ideally within a corporate or professional setting
  • Well‑groomed, polished, and professional appearance
  • Confident working independently and managing your own workload
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly organised
  • Availability for weekday daytime shifts
