Receptionist

We are currently recruiting an experienced and professional Receptionist to work across corporate sites. This role is perfect for someone confident, and highly organised, who enjoys delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm, seamless, and professional welcome. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organisation, and the confidence to manage reception and host duties within a busy office environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival to departure
• Escorting visitors to meeting rooms and ensuring they are comfortably settled
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

What We're Looking for

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Host or Receptionist role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Reliable, punctual, and confident working in a corporate setting
